These all sound great, but are they buffets? I love nothing more than going to a fully stocked buffet that offers hibachi. I’ve even found a couple that offer sesame seasoning at the grill.

Ooh – Union has pot stickers! That’s one of my favorite appetizers. I love the dipping sauce and pretty much everything about them. Now if I could just find somewhere that has shumai dumplings I’d be perfect.
