Bring On the Chorizo Sausage and Add Some Spice to Your Lunch Order Delivery

When it comes to a delicious lunch, some days you just crave something a little spicier than usual. And when you’re looking for a yummy meal that’s also going to fill you up, finding a dish that features chorizo as a main ingredient can be the perfect option. Chorizo is a popular Spanish sausage that tends to be a little spicier than American pork sausages. It’s loaded with protein and is also a good source of Vitamin B12, which helps your body better absorb iron. And since chorizo is a delicious combination of big flavor and healthy attributes, you’re probably wondering how you can bring a little more of this delicacy to your lunch life. Luckily, there are some really tasty ways to enjoy it for any meal of your day!
Chorizo and Chicken Skewers
When you want a light lunch that packs a lot of protein, these skewers are a great way to enhance your favorite salad or even just a simple rice dish. Chorizo sausage is layered with chicken, sliced peppers and onions, then grilled to perfection. Because the chorizo has a slightly higher fat content than the other ingredients, it helps to keep everything moist and tender while it cooks, which means you’ll be devouring this dish as soon as it’s delivered to your door!
Chorizo Sliders
When you want to mix up your usual lunchtime burger order, you have a lot of options. But these chorizo sliders are a mini take on a full sized burger – and ordering this delicious delivery item is perfect for sharing with your favorite co-workers! Ground chorizo is mixed in with your favorite burger meat, then topped with Manchego cheese. Served on mini brioche rolls, then layered with avocados, lettuce, and tomato, these might just become your new favorite lunchtime treat.
Chorizo and Turkey Chili
When it’s cold outside, turkey chili is one of our favorite midday meals to order in. And when chorizo sausage is added into that turkey chili, it definitely gets taken up a notch with some fabulous flavor. Smothered in garlic then simmered with adobe chilies, this dish is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of honey, adding a slight sweetness to the spicy chili flavor that you’re going to love. Served with sliced tortilla strips, it’s a lunch delivery dish that is balanced both for your health and for flavor, making it the perfect choice to try today!
Brussels Sprouts and Chorizo
When you’re craving a healthy meal, but don’t want to order yet another basic salad with a side of chicken, this is the dish for you. Brussels sprouts are a super tasty way to pack a ton of vitamins and nutrients into your midday meal, like folate, fiber, potassium, vitamin C, and more. But while they’re tasty, Brussels sprouts on their own are more of a side dish than a real entree. With the addition of sauteed chorizo, it definitely becomes a meal you can eat on its own and it offers a flavor concoction we’re swooning over. Grab yourself a fork and place your order now. You’ll love how this yummy dish keeps you full all afternoon!

Chorizo is amazing. I love to use it when recipes call for pork. I had no idea it was loaded vitamin B-12.
It’s super yummy – and does have some unusual benefits!
It look like Chorizo Sausage is an additional season spicing up the meal. I really want to try it once because I love spicy food.
It is a delicious way to add spice – let us know how much you love it!
Whoa, I’d never heard of chorizo before today, but it sounds delicious! You can bet I’m gonna try a few of these recipes; The sliders in particular sound wonderful!
They’re super yummy – it’s also great in omelettes!
Yum! Chorizo is one of my favorite meats to put in stews and chilis. My wife makes a great chorizo stew and lets it sit in a crock pot overnight, and the chorizo soaks up the flavors. It’s so tasty when you had sriracha or chili sauce to it.
That sounds delicious! What a great recipe!
I have never had Chorizo, however it is something I am willing to try. The sliders sound like a great idea!
They are really yummy – enjoy!
I love the Chorizo and Turkey Chili, i will have to give it a try. Being Puerto Rican myself, i was brought up around spicy food so this is right up my alley.
Enjoy! It’s a delicious combo.
Can anyone tell me if chorizo can be marinated like a steak or chicken breast? I would like to know if the casing is impermeable to marinades.
I’m not sure that Chorizo can be marinated like other meats – but it’s very easy to season as you’re cooking.
Chorizo is amazing! Being hispanic, my family and I use it in many recipes. Love it with red beans!
Oooh that sounds yummy over rice!
I’m definitely trying the Chorizo and Turkey Chili. I haven’t had Chorizo in a while and that sound like a great way to get reacquainted.
It’s super yummy – welcome back to the world of chorizo!
I love substituting chorizo for meatballs in pasta, even. The spices are wonderful, and adds whole new flavors to comfort foods!
Oooh that sounds delish – I’ll have to try it!
I love chorizo but never thought about how many different ways it could be prepared. Bravo
It’s a versatile ingredient – super yummy in pasta, too!
Chorizo is one of my favorite meats! It really adds a lot of complex flavors to dishes where beef gets a little repetitive.
I completely agree – it’s even yummy on a salad!
Chorizo and chicken skewers or chorizo sliders sound good. But, the “izo,” belongs with eggs potatoes and beans for a fit for a king Mexican breakfast.
Sounds delicious! Definitely perfect for Sunday brunch!
